In what is often a very client led environment, we like to do things a little differently at 3E Search Ltd. We engage meticulously and respectfully with IT candidates ensuring the positions we have are a solid technical match for their skills and background.

We have a detailed discussion around the candidate’s career aspirations, work history, and ambitions, before we discuss the role we may be targeting them for. This avoids pressure to engage in the interview process for positions that potentially don’t quite match expectations.

We prepare all candidates for every stage of the interview process, and most importantly, always provide feedback on the status of their applications or interviews. This enables them to learn constructively, whatever the outcome. We are also very aware of the impact a lack of diversity can have on candidate opportunities, and constantly educate clients or new starters around best practices.
